We can even arrange to change the locks and remove the furniture for you.

2: Evictions Plus Files Your Case
Afer you sign your documents, Evictions Plus will handle all the necessary document filing and serving for your eviction. We have specialists trained to server your tenants and work directly with the courts to ensure all documents and procedures are correct.
3: Take Possession
Evictions Plus will handle your case from the beginning through your being granted possession. We are also available to meet the Sheriff's Department in certain service areas to assist with tenant property removal if the tenant does not comply. Certain cases take longer however our average evictions process takes 14 - 21 days to complete.
